I provide individual and relationship counselling for adult Autistic folks and ADHDers, many of whom are new to identifying as neurodivergent and looking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. While being neurodivergent can be challenging, one of the more prominent barriers to care seems to be the lack of clear, accessible information that serves to empower neurospicey folks to engage with the world in a way that works for them.

This missing piece can prevent folks from connecting the dots necessary to live a more fulfilling and aligned life. If you are new to these identities, you might feel anxious about what they mean for you or sadness over not receiving this information sooner. Life can feel overwhelming without the right skills, strategies, and support in place. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to understand themselves from a fuller and more compassionate lens.

As the person guiding you through this work, I rely on a foundation of specialized training in neurodiversity-affirming care. This approach empowers us to explore your unique experiences without judgment and seeks to create more harmony, clarity, and flow in your life.
